One winter after a new installation the drive/parking lot should be sealed and maintained. It should be done every other year after that. Our team uses Sealmasters Best sealcoating to keep your asphalt maintained. We have hot pour and liquid pour crack seal for those unsightly cracks that can trap water and undermine the asphalt.
